Boats with Slides: Pontoon with Slide, Yachts and More

Every lake has one: the double-decker pontoon that pulls into the cove on a Sunday afternoon with a slide curving off the top deck, and within ten minutes every kid on the water is swimming over to look. If you’re shopping for a pontoon with a slide, or just wondering which boats come with one, this is where to start. Some boats are built with a slide from the factory, some yachts carry huge inflatable slides you can charter, and almost any pontoon can carry an add-on slide.

In short: boats with slides come three ways. Double-decker pontoons can have a factory slide from the top deck (Bennington’s Top Deck is the documented example). Charter yachts carry inflatable slides, and brokers like Fraser and Northrop & Johnson list them under “waterslides.” And any regular pontoon can take an inflatable slide that straps on, from about $320.

Pontoon with slide: factory or add-on?

Most people searching for a pontoon with a slide picture a double-decker: an upper deck you climb to by ladder or stairs, and a fixed slide down to the water. That setup is a factory option, not something you bolt on later. Bennington offers a fiberglass slide on its Top Deck pontoons, with adjustable water flow; on the L25 Quad Bench Top Deck reviewed by Boating magazine, the water comes from the boat’s shared washdown pump, and the upper deck is rated for four people or 585 lb. A review site sums up fixed pontoon slides in general: they “require an upper deck and professional installation.”

The other route is an inflatable slide on a pontoon you already own (or are about to buy). These strap to the boat, inflate in minutes and roll up for storage. They’re lower and shorter than a top-deck slide, and makers rate them for one rider up to 200 lb.

Add a slide to the pontoon you have

If a new boat isn’t on the cards, an inflatable slide gets you most of the fun. The RAVE includes a 12V inflator that runs off the pontoon’s battery; the Spillway is built from 1,000-denier PVC with four molded steps. Prices seen on Amazon in October 2026: RAVE about $320, Spillway about $605.

Yachts with waterslides

At the other end of the scale, slides are a signature toy on charter yachts. Fraser has a whole charter category for yachts with waterslides and says slides can exceed 13 m; Northrop & Johnson listed 33 charter yachts with waterslides when we checked, noting that the slides come from FunAir and FreeStyle. Peak-season bookings need “six months minimum,” according to Fraser. Our page on charter yachts with waterslides names yachts, explains how brokers list them and what to ask.

Other boats with slides

Houseboats have long carried fiberglass slides; a 2014 magazine article listed 10 ft, 12 ft and curved 12 ft houseboat slides from Fiberglass Concepts, Inc. We haven’t confirmed that range is still sold, so ask before you plan around it. Excursion catamarans are another place you’ll meet a slide, from the Costa Brava to Punta Cana; see charter and excursion boats.

Boats with slides: questions

Which pontoon boats come with a slide?

Bennington offers a factory slide on its Top Deck pontoons. We only name builders whose own pages or reviews we’ve confirmed; ask dealers of other brands whether a top-deck slide is available on the model you like.

Can I add a top deck and slide to my pontoon later?

Aftermarket upper-deck kits for pontoons exist, but we found no stand-alone aftermarket rigid slide kit for boats. An inflatable pontoon slide is the documented add-on.

Do you sell boats with slides?

No. We’re an independent guide. We point you to the makers, dealers and charter brokers, and link to slides you can buy online.

How much does a pontoon with a slide cost?

Builders price the slide as part of the boat’s options, so ask the dealer for a quote on the exact model. An inflatable slide for a pontoon you own was about $320 to $605 for the two models above in October 2026.
